Pearled Sorghum Grain Summer Salad
- 7 cups cooked Nu Life Market’s Pearled Sorghum Grain
- ½ cup Red onion, diced
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ½ cup Red Pepper, diced
- ½ cup Soy Free Mayonnaise
- 2 tsps Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Pickle Relish
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Sugar
In a large bowl mix together Nu Life Market’s Pearled Sorghum Grain, red onion, broccoli, cucumber, and red pepper; set aside.
