We offer a wide variety of gluten free sorghum grain such as burgundy, white and Macia to our commercial customers. As we grow as a company, expect to see new products coming to your grocery stores soon.

Pearling is our highly refined process that removes the outer coating of the grain, also referred to as the bran, as well as a portion of the germ. Pearling allows for a softer texture and faster cooking time when compared to whole grain. Pearled grain is an excellent alternative to white rice.

All grain used in our sorghum flours is produced through our Farm to Family Food Safety Program.  Our sorghum growers take great pride in producing high quality varieties of grain to serve your family’s needs and those with gluten sensitivities.
